The Stonecrest Clubhouse is available to any resident of the Stonecrest family of Villages. The process to rent the clubhouse is as follows: *Max occupancy is 40 people*
1. Please go to the social calendar and check the availability of the clubhouse.
2. Please download the Stonecrest Clubhouse Rental form, fill it out and mail in your checks to the address listed on the form. Keys must be picked up and returned to Southwest Property Management's office in Winter Garden.
3. When you have finished your event, return the keys and the clubhouse will be inspected. Once cleared of damages, a refund will be mailed.
